No steps or dance moves to learn; no choreography to keep up with. Move at your own pace; take up your own space.
Exercise shouldn't feel like a chore. We're all about just moving your body & sharing some positive energy, smiles, & vibes.
Located at 19 W Beverley St, 2nd Flr, Staunton, VA 24401
Entrance is to the right of the piano, & head up the stairs.
Wear comfy shoes, or no shoes at all, however you choose to groove. Floor is wooden.
Pay what you will/donation only. Suggested $5-10, but I do not want cost to prohibit anyone from joining in.
