Exercise shouldn't feel like a chore. We're all about just moving your body & sharing some positive energy, smiles, & vibes.

Wear comfy shoes, or no shoes at all, however you choose to groove. Floor is rubber mats.
Pay what you will/donation only. Suggested $5-10, but I do not want cost to prohibit anyone from joining in.
